Best Western Green Valley Inn

I requested an inside room (facing the pool patio area) in the front building away from the elevator. I not only received my request, I was given a suite (though I did not use the extra room), but the accommodation was thoughtful and appreciated.

In the on premise restaurant, order the free breakfast you want. 5 choices, made to order. You can also pay for other menu items. The room itself was nice, good size.

The staff was working very hard, above and beyond under very difficult circumstances as they coped with a renovation project. They met and exceeded service standards under pressure, and deserve a bonus.

Co-located restaurant (19th Hole) offers breakfast, lunch, dinner in a comfortable atmosphere and is the cornerstone for the hotel. Restaurant employees are especially kind and attentive.

Such a lovely front desk receptionist greeted us! She was very helpful personable and very patient! I love that you had a full dining room and Bar, and that it was open later than 8:00 p.m.😊 it's an older hotel but was very clean kept up and spacious. Absolutely loved the delicious hot breakfast and that we could order it to go and take it back up to our rooms. Also the 24-hour fresh-tasting coffee and creamers included caffeinated and decaf coffee was wonderful! We had a delightful staycation away from our kids and grandkids thank you!
